All Manufacturing Solution Africa Ltd (AMS Africa) was established in 2019 as a fully registered company in Nigeria to represent Syntegon to meet the processing and packaging equipment needs of food and pharma manufacturing industries across West and Central Africa. The company was established after the Bosch packaging technology business unit was sold globally to Syntegon.
AMS Africa is being run and managed by a professional team that dates back to 2014 working as Bosch Packaging Division providing packaging solutions to food and pharma manufacturing industries across West Africa.
The growth and success of the business led to partnerships with other OEMs including Hansella (the processing equipment business unit sold by Syntegon), Schenck Process, Statec Binder, Unipack, and Carugil as their Representative in the regions of coverage.
