Apart from food processing and packaging, AMS Africa offers other technologies to enhance the productivity of our esteemed customers. The other technologies we offer include water transfer pumps from Wilo, Industrial boiler and Automotive car part from Bosch.

Industry Solutions

The supply of industrial enterprises is a very extensive and economically complex segment with highly specialised pump systems. Wilo proved itself in this area decades ago and has remained true to its principles by constantly adhering to all of its high quality requirements.

Uni Condens 8000 F (50 – 115 kW)
  • Condensing boiler for apartment buildings and small-scale commercial applications of 50 to 115 kW
  • Efficiency of up to 109% via LHV and partial load efficiency at 70–115 kW of up to 98%
  • Seasonal room heating efficiency at up to 70 kW of 93%.
Uni Condens 8000 F (145 – 640 kW)
  • Condensing boiler for commercial applications from 145 to 640 kW, e.g. for hotels, schools, hospitals.
  • Efficiency of up to 109% via LHV and seasonal room heating efficiency of up to 98%.
  • Can be operated with gas or low-sulphur fuel oil with low emissions.
Unimat Hot Water Boiler UT-L
  • Three-pass boiler for a medium to high heat demand of 650 to 25,000 kW and up to 16 bar.
  • Standard efficiency without flue gas heat exchanger up to 95% and up to 105% with condensing heat exchanger.
  • Approved for low return flow temperatures from 50 °C and temperature spread up to 50 K.
Unimat Hot Water Boiler UT-M
  • Three-pass boiler for a medium to high heat demand of 750 to 19,200 kW at up to 16 bar.
  • Standard efficiency without flue gas heat exchanger up to 93% and up to 105% with condensing heat exchanger.
  • Approved for low return flow temperatures from 50 °C and temperature spread up to 50 K.
Filters
Bosch activated carbon cabin filters – for noticeably purer and more pleasant air inside the car.
Spark Plugs

Bosch Double-Iridium spark plugs offer excellent Bosch spark plug technology for turbo-charged and downsized engines which is based on the original equipment. The Bosch spark plug program is characterised by a broad market coverage for a wide range of requirements.

Batteries

A dependable energy supply to the wide-ranging comfort and safety features is an important factor when choosing a battery. Bosch Mega Power Silver battery is the powerhouse for recent models or upmarket vehicles with multiple electronic consumables.

Brakes

Bosch brake discs have a high thermal conductivity, exact fit and mechanical and thermal stability due to OE know-how. High market coverage (>95%) also with high carbon technology, wheel bearing kits and ABS sensor rings, fixing screw kits and coated discs for long lasting protection.
